Summer Associates: Professional Development

Our Summer Associate Training Program, which is run by the firm's Senior Manager of Professional Development, provides practical, instruction in a variety of lawyering and business development skills.

Programs such as "Ethics in Practice" and "Anatomy of a Lawsuit" are designed specifically for summer associates. In addition, summer associates participate in our hands-on, interactive training workshop, "Taking and Defending Depositions". Summer associates are also invited to attend the various training programs offered to all attorneys throughout the summer. Our formal training program supplements the training summer associates receive during the course of their assignments by working with, and receiving feedback from, more experienced lawyers.
